Ring Mint is a custom engagement ring concierge: one person designs the ring, sources the stone, and sees it through to insured delivery. There is no concierge fee, no store, and no pressure. You will hear back from Chloe within one business day.

What happens after you write
- A reply within one business day, usually the same day. If a call would help, Chloe will suggest one; otherwise everything can happen over text.
- A brief. Budget, deadline, stone preferences, and any inspiration. Nothing is committed at this stage and there is nothing to pay.
- Stone options and a first CAD design, refined until you are happy. An optional wax model can be mailed so you can see the ring on the hand before anything is made.
- Manufacture in about two weeks after approval, then delivery with an independent appraisal, the grading report, and fully insured shipping.
